These yogurt muffins are easy to make, moist, and have a mild flavor that makes them perfect on their own or as a base for various flavors and additions. This recipe yields 6 muffins.

Ingredients
125 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
60 g sugar
1 egg
55 g rapeseed oil
120 g plain yogurt

Instructions
Lightly whisk the egg. Add sugar, rapeseed oil, and yogurt, and mix well until smooth.
Sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Be careful not to overmix.
Divide the batter into 6 muffin cups.
Bake the muffins at 180°C in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
