Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top and bottom heat).
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the yogurt and knead until a smooth dough forms.
If it's sticky, add 1–2 tbsp extra flour. - Divide into 4 and shape into rings.
- Brush with egg and add toppings if desired.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes until golden.
