Serve the focaccia warm, preferably with a cup of coffee or a glass of cold milk. It’s best freshly baked, with the sweet cardamom butter melting into the dough, creating a moist and soft treat. Store any leftovers well wrapped, and feel free to warm a piece slightly before serving for that freshly baked feeling again.
