- Bake the cake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Cool the cake in the pan.

- Combine the cream, sugar, and syrup for the frosting in a saucepan and heat. Break the chocolate into pieces and add it in. Stir until the chocolate melts.
