2 eggs
50 g sugar
50 g all-purpose flour
1 package strawberry jelly
200 g chocolate

Instructions
Start by making the strawberry jelly. Bring 2.5 dl of water to a boil and mix in one package of jelly. Stir well and pour it into a mold about 24 cm in diameter or a small baking tray. Allow the jelly to set completely.
Whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Sift and fold in the all-purpose flour.
Grease a 12-cup muffin tin well, and add about 1 tablespoon of batter to each cup.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for about 8 minutes.
Let the cakes cool and spread a little strawberry jam on each of them.
Use a small glass to cut out circles from the jelly and place them on top.
Melt 200 g of chocolate over a water bath and use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over the cakes.
