- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 120 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g grated carrot

- 90 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g plain cream cheese
Whisk together the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar. Finally, add the cream cheese and whisk until smooth.

- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Mix together the eggs and sugar, then add the flour, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and carrots, and finally stir in the melted butter.
- Pour the batter into a springform pan (20cm) lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
- Cool first on the counter and then in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Transfer the cake to a plate, spread the cream cheese frosting on top, and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
