- 130 g fine spelt flour
- 130 g whole fine spelt flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 50 g cold butter
- 180 g milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220 °C (top and bottom heat).
- Mix the flours, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Rub the butter into the flour with your fingers.
- Add the milk and stir quickly to combine.
- Gently pat the dough out to about 2–3 cm thickness.
- Cut into triangles or stamp out rounds.
- Brush with egg.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes, until lightly golden.
