Yeast Bakes
Soft Whole Grain Buns (20 pieces)

Ingredients
- 10 dl stone-ground, finely sifted wheat flour
- 5 dl stone-ground, finely milled whole grain flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 5 dl water
- 2 eggs
- 115 g room temperature butter
Instructions
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a stand mixer.
- Add lukewarm water and eggs, and knead for 10 minutes.
- Then add the room temperature butter and knead for another 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for about 1 hour.
- Shape into 20 buns and place them closely together in a large baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Let them proof for about 30 minutes.
- Bake on the second lowest rack at 225°C for about 15 minutes.
- Brush with room temperature or melted butter after removing them from the oven.
