- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 150 g flour
- 75 g melted butter
Topping - 2 stalks of rhubarb

Instructions
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Fold in the dry ingredients along with the butter until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased springform pan (22 cm)
- Peel and cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
- Evenly distribute the rhubarb over the cake and sprinkle with sugar and cardamom.
- Bake the cake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
