Ingredients
- 585 g all-purpose flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 70 g sugar
- 3 dl milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 40 g butter, at room temperature

Instructions
- Place all the dry ingredients in a stand mixer. Add the lukewarm milk and eggs.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Add the room temperature butter and knead for another 5 minutes.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 16 pieces and shape into rolls. Dip the top of each roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place the rolls with the breadcrumb side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (approximately 45x33 cm).
- Cover and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 180° C for 20 - 25 minutes.
