Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 80 g melted butter
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 180 g grated cheese
- 180 g ham
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for sprinkling before baking

Instructions
- Whisk the eggs together with the salt.
- Add the Greek yogurt and melted butter, and mix well.
- Stir in the flour sifted with the baking powder.
- Add the grated cheese and finely chopped ham.
- Gently mix until you have a smooth batter. The batter should be thick.
- Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper (28 × 18 cm).
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 45 minutes, until golden brown.
Let it cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
