Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 80 g melted butter
  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 180 g grated cheese
  • 180 g ham
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for sprinkling before baking

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs together with the salt.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and melted butter, and mix well.
  3. Stir in the flour sifted with the baking powder.
  4. Add the grated cheese and finely chopped ham.
  5. Gently mix until you have a smooth batter. The batter should be thick.
  6. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper (28 × 18 cm).
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 45 minutes, until golden brown.

Let it cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
