Oven-Baked Pancake with Vanilla Sauce

This is perfect when you want to make something simple, yet a bit special. After baking, you can spread your favorite jam on it, roll the whole delight up like a large Swiss roll, cut it into pieces, and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
Ingredients
- 730 g vanilla sauce
- 4 eggs
- 90 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 30 g melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the eggs, flour, vanilla sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Fold in the vanilla sauce and melted butter, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until golden, puffed, and set.
- Let it cool slightly, spread with jam, roll up, cut into pieces, and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
So simple and so good! This soft, moist pancake gets a lovely flavor from the vanilla sauce and is just as perfect for a weekend breakfast as for a quick weekday dessert.
