- 100 g butter
- 3 dl milk
- 400 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g finely ground whole wheat flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Place all the dry ingredients in the stand mixer.
- Melt the butter and mix it with the milk, ensuring the mixture is lukewarm, then pour it into the stand mixer with the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Cover and let it rise for one hour.
- Turn it out onto a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle about 1.5 cm thick.
- Use a pizza cutter to cut into 8 equal pieces.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover and let them proof for 30 minutes.
- Brush or spray with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for about 17 minutes.
