Ingredients
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 2 eggs (separated into yolks and whites)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 dl heavy cream
Milk Cream - 1.5 dl heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Whisk together until light and creamy.

Instructions
- Chop the chocolate and melt it over a water bath together with 0.5 dl of the heavy cream. Stir regularly until completely melted and smooth. Set aside and let cool slightly.
- Stir in one egg yolk at a time into the melted chocolate (make sure the chocolate is warm, not hot).
- Whip the remaining 1 dl of cream to soft peaks and gently fold it into the chocolate mixture.
- Whip the egg whites until stiff with the sugar, and gently fold them in at the end. The mousse should be light and smooth.
- Divide half of the chocolate mousse into 4 glasses or bowls.
- Pipe or spoon the milk cream on top.
- Then distribute the rest of the chocolate mousse over the milk cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Top with grated chocolate, crushed chocolate eggs, or some chopped nut crunch for extra texture.
