Ingredients
- 60 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 80 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 25 g heavy cream
- 2 tbsp tutti-frutti (cake sprinkles)
Icing:
- 15 g butter
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 120 g cream cheese
- 2 tsp lime juice
Mix together the icing ingredients and spread it over the cooled cake. Garnish with grated lime zest.

Instructions
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- Whisk together the sugar and egg until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the melted butter and mix well.
- Sift together the all-purpose flour and baking powder, and fold it in.
- Add the lime juice, grated lime zest, and heavy cream. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the tutti-frutti (cake sprinkles).
- Pour the batter into a parchment-lined springform pan (18 cm) and smooth the surface.
- Bake the cake on the bottom rack at 175°C for about 25 minutes.
- Let the cake cool in the pan before removing it.
