- 180 g milk

- 440 g all-purpose flour

- Add sugar, dry yeast, all-purpose flour, salt, and vanilla sugar to a stand mixer.
- Melt the butter. Pour in the milk and let the mixture cool to lukewarm.
- Then pour the butter and milk mixture into the mixing bowl and knead the dough together.
- Add the eggs and continue kneading.
- Finally, add the pearl sugar and knead until everything is well combined.
- Turn the dough out onto the counter and divide it into 8 equal portions.
- Cover and let the portions rest for 30 minutes.
- Place a portion in the center of the waffle iron and cook until golden.
- Top with Nutella, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries or other desired toppings.
