Honey and Oat Rolls with Greek Yogurt

These honey and oat rolls with Greek yogurt are both airy, moist, and full of flavor. The combination of honey, oats, and yogurt gives the rolls a lovely balance between sweetness and freshness – while keeping them soft for a long time. They are easy to make, require few ingredients, and are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or as a side to soups and salads.

Bake a double batch at the same time. These stay moist for a long time and taste just as good straight from the freezer after a quick trip in the oven.
