Ingredients
• 470 g all-purpose flour
• 50 g sugar
• 1 tsp cardamom
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 packet dry yeast
• 1 egg (room temperature)
• 3 dl milk (lukewarm)
• 50 g butter (room temperature)
Filling:
• 50 g butter
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 8 marshmallows

Instructions
- Place all the dry ingredients in a stand mixer.
- Add the milk and egg, and knead for about 10 minutes.
- Add the butter and knead for another 5 minutes, until you have a smooth dough.
- Cover and let rise for about 1 hour.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Melt the butter and place it in a separate bowl.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll into buns and flatten them slightly.
- Dip the marshmallows in the melted butter, and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place one marshmallow in the center of each bun. Fold the dough around and pinch tightly to seal the seam completely.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Brush with egg.
- Bake at 200°C for 14-15 minutes.
