Ingredients
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- Chocolate filling
- 75 g room temperature butter
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk

Instructions
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
- Grind the nuts.
- Gently fold in the nut mixture and powdered sugar into the whipped egg whites.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe out 20 small cookies.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for 6-8 minutes.
- Cool down.
- Mix together all the ingredients for the chocolate cream. Transfer it to a piping bag and pipe cream onto half of the cookies. Then take the other half of the cookies and place them on top.
