Yeast Breads
Dinner Rolls with Flaky Salt

Soft and airy dinner rolls with a crispy crust and a sprinkle of flaky salt. Perfect for soups, salads, grilled dishes, or as part of a buffet.
Ingredients
460 g all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 packet dry yeast
3 dl water
0.5 dl rapeseed oil
Instructions
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a stand mixer. Add lukewarm water and oil, and knead for 10 minutes.
- Cover and let the dough rise for one hour.
- Transfer the dough to a floured countertop and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape them into rolls and place them in a greased muffin tin.
- Cover and let them proof for 30 minutes.
- Brush with rapeseed oil and sprinkle with a little flaky salt.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 190℃ for 17-18 minutes.
Let the dinner rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. They taste best freshly baked with butter, but are also great as an accompaniment for both everyday meals and celebrations. Any leftovers can be frozen and reheated as needed.
You can also add dried herbs, grated cheese, or garlic to the dough for extra flavor.
