Ingredients
- 575 g all-purpose flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 75 g butter
- 4 dl milk
- Filling
- 100 g cooked ham
- 150 g grated cheese

Instructions
- Add all the dry ingredients to a stand mixer.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the milk. The mixture should be lukewarm.
- Pour it into the stand mixer and knead for 10 minutes.
- Cover and let the dough rise for one hour.
- Divide the dough in half and roll each piece out into a circle, then cut into six pieces. Place cheese and ham at the outer edges and roll up into croissants. Place them on two baking trays lined with parchment paper.
- Cover and let them proof for half an hour.
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 225°C in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes.
