Ingredients
- 490 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 egg
- 3 dl milk
- 50 g butter
Cream cheese frosting - 45 g cream cheese, room temperature
- 55 g butter, room temperature
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
Mix everything together.

Instructions
- Place all the dry ingredients in a stand mixer. Add lukewarm milk and egg. Knead for 10 minutes.
- Add room temperature butter and knead for another 5 minutes.
- Cover and let the dough rise for one hour.
- Transfer the dough to a floured countertop. Roll it out, spread with butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Use a pizza cutter to divide into 9 equal pieces. Roll them up and place them in a small baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Cover and let them proof for 30 minutes.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 225℃ for 14-15 minutes.
