- 130 g Digestive biscuits (or oat biscuits)
- 60 g melted butter

- 200 g milk chocolate
- 300 g Greek yogurt (plain, 10% gives the best creamy texture)

- Crush the biscuits finely and mix with the melted butter.
- Line a pan with baking paper and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan with a spoon.
- Place in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
- Gently melt the milk chocolate in a water bath or microwave (short intervals, stirring in between).
- Stir in the Greek yogurt (at room temperature) until smooth and creamy.
- Allow the chocolate to cool to lukewarm (otherwise the yogurt may separate).
- Spread the cream over the base and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until it is firm enough to cut into nice pieces.
