  • 220 g Daim Milk Chocolate
  • 3 dl heavy cream
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt it over a water bath together with 0.5 dl of the heavy cream. Stir regularly until the chocolate is completely melted, then set aside to cool slightly.
  • Separate the eggs and stir in one egg yolk at a time into the melted chocolate. Make sure the chocolate is not too hot, so the eggs do not coagulate.
  • Whip the remaining heavy cream to a light, soft cream and gently fold it into the chocolate mixture until smooth.
  • Whip the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them in at the end.
  • Divide the chocolate mousse into serving glasses and let them chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Top with some grated chocolate.
