- 2 room temperature egg yolks
- 2 dl heavy cream

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Let it cool slightly. If it's too hot, the egg yolks will coagulate.
- Stir in the egg yolks, one at a time.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft and fluffy.
- Fold the chocolate mixture into the cream and stir until all lumps disappear.
- Divide the chocolate mousse into 3 serving dishes/glasses and place them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until the mousse has set.
