  • 397 g dulce de leche (1 can)
  • 2 dl heavy cream
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1.5 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Stir the dulce de leche until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Whip the egg whites and sugar until stiff.
  4. Gently fold about 1/3 of the whipped cream into the dulce de leche mixture using a spatula. Mix well until everything is evenly combined. Then carefully fold in the remaining cream.
  5. Next, fold in 1/3 of the whipped egg whites into the dulce de leche mixture until well combined. Gently fold in the rest of the egg whites, being careful not to mix too vigorously, as this can deflate the air you have whipped in.
  6. Divide the mousse into glasses and refrigerate for at least three hours. Take the glasses out just before serving and top with grated milk chocolate.
