Ingredients
- 950 g all-purpose flour
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 2 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 dl milk
- 150 g room temperature butter

Instructions
- Place all the dry ingredients in a stand mixer.
- Add the lukewarm milk and knead for 10 minutes.
- Add the room temperature butter and knead for another 5 minutes.
- Cover and let the dough rise for one hour.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured countertop and add about 2 dl raisins. Mix them in well.
- Shape into buns and place them on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Cover and let them rise for half an hour.
- Brush with egg and bake at 225°C, in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes.
