Buns in a Baking Tray with Oats and Sunflower Seeds

Buns in a baking tray with oats and sunflower seeds are soft and moist rolls that are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or as a side to soups and salads. Baking the buns together in a tray gives them a nice shape, and they can easily be pulled apart once baked. A sprinkle of flour on top gives them a rustic and inviting appearance.
