- 2 dl water
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 75 g room temperature butter
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Place all the dry ingredients in a stand mixer.
- Add the egg along with the lukewarm liquid. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Add the room temperature butter and knead for another 5 minutes.
- Cover and let it rise until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape them into round balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and gently press them down with your hand.
- Cover and let them proof for about 1 hour.
- Whisk together 1 egg with a little water and brush the hamburger buns. If desired, you can sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 200℃ for about 15 minutes.
