Ingredients
- 5 dl water - boiling
- 60 g oats
- 60 g butter - in small cubes
- 1 dl milk
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 750 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Place the oats in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Stir slightly and let the oats soak for two minutes. Then add the butter to the oat mixture and let it melt. Next, add the milk. Allow the mixture to cool to lukewarm. Transfer it to the bread machine.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Turn the dough out onto a kitchen counter. Divide into 12 pieces and shape into buns, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Brush the buns with egg and sprinkle with oats.
- Bake at 225 degrees, in the middle of the oven for about 16-17 minutes.
