- 200 g stone-ground whole grain flour, finely milled
- 800 g stone-ground, sifted wheat flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 0.5 dl rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp syrup
- 250 g grated apple
- 6 dl milk

Instructions
- Place all the dry ingredients in a stand mixer.
- Warm the milk until lukewarm and pour it into the stand mixer along with the oil, grated apple, and syrup.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and divide it into 16 pieces, shape into rolls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle a little flour on top.
- Cover and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake on the middle rack at 225 °C for about 15 minutes.
