Ingredients
150 g butter
6 dl rolled oats
1.5 dl sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
80 g syrup
Topping
200 g milk chocolate or dark chocolate

Instructions
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix it in along with the rest of the ingredients, stirring well.
- Press the mixture into a baking paper-lined pan of about 20x20 cm.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Melt the chocolate over a water bath and let it cool slightly. Pour it over the cake and spread it out.
- Sprinkle flaky salt over after 20 minutes and place it in the refrigerator until the chocolate has set.
- Cut into suitable pieces.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
