I Find Peace Both in the Kitchen and in the Forest

Many probably know me best for my baking, but it's not just in the kitchen that I find peace. Besides baking, going for walks in the forest is one of my favorite things to do. Both are therapy for me. When I bake or take a walk in the forest, I completely unwind and let my thoughts flow.
I really enjoy walking in the forest. It's there that I truly find peace. I like the silence, the fresh air, and the feeling of just being able to walk and let my thoughts wander. The forest is the place where I can completely disconnect and recharge my energy.
I prefer to go for walks early in the morning or in the evening. It's often extra quiet then, the light is softer, and the forest has a very special atmosphere.
I often take pictures with my phone when I'm out for a walk. It's often the small things that catch my attention. I like to take close-ups of plants, leaves, and small details in nature. I find it so beautiful when the sun shines through the leaves, and I'm always fascinated by how light and shadows change the landscape. And the little beetles... I think they are so cute! I almost have to stop and take a picture if they sit still long enough.
I feel that both my body and mind benefit from being outside. The stress eases, and my thoughts become a little lighter. Just like when I've been in the kitchen baking something delicious, the forest gives me peace, joy, and new energy.
