Halloween Oreo Truffles

These mummy truffles are quick and easy to make! They are incredibly delicious and perfect for Halloween (especially if you love white chocolate and Oreos).

• 10 Oreos
• 50 g room temperature cream cheese
• 180 g white chocolate
• edible eyes

1. Crush the Oreos in a blender.
2. Then mix the Oreo crumbs with the room temperature cream cheese and roll small balls from the mixture. (I made 4 large ones, but feel free to make them smaller)
3. Chill them for an hour.
4. Melt the white chocolate over a water bath. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate in a piping bag.
5. Roll the Oreo balls and coat them with the melted chocolate. Pipe a pattern on top and add the eyes.
