Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 6 dl rolled oats
  • 1.5 dl sugar
  • 1.5 dl raisins
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 80 g syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients and the raisins in a mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix it in along with the rest of the ingredients, stirring well.
  2. Press the mixture into a baking paper-lined pan of about 20x20 cm.
  3. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Cut into suitable pieces.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
