Cinnamon Sticks

Ingredients
- 200 g room temperature butter
- 300 g finely sifted, stone-ground wheat flour
- 1 dl sugar
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a bowl. I find it easiest to use my hands. A stand mixer can also be used.
- Roll out finger-thick sausages, about 7 cm long.
- Roll them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 200°C, in the middle of the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
- Sprinkle the remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture over the cookies while they are still warm.
